Rest of World

Presently, we only ship to the following countries in the Rest of the World: Bahrain, Cook Islands, Gibraltar, Kiribati, Kuwait, Nauru, Niue, New Caledonia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Tonga, Tuvalu, United Arab Emirates, and Vanuatu.

RETURNS

We hope that you’ll love your order but sometimes things don’t arrive as expected. We accept returns on all full-priced items that have been unworn, unwashed, are free from any odour’s and or defective, within 14 days of the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

If any part of your order arrives damaged please email customercare@onday7.com.au with a photo of the damaged item/s, and we will contact you shortly.

To request a return please contact customercare@onday7.com.au with your order number, the item/s you would like to return, and reason of return.

You will be sent a confirmation email once your return has been received. If item/s do not meet our return policy requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.

*Please note it may take up to 5-10 days for your refunded amount to reach your bank account.
