Standard shipping (4-6 business days) - $10AUD flat rate will be applied at checkout.

Express shipping (2-4 business days) - $20AUD flat rate will be applied at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch and the additional shipping time to receive your order.

INTERNATIONAL

New Zealand

For all orders made in New Zealand, a flat rate of $25AUD standard trackable shipping will be applied at checkout.

Please allow 6-10 days to receive your order.

United States/Canada

For all orders made in the United States and Canada, a flat rate of $40AUD standard trackable shipping will be applied at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order.

Rest of World

For all international orders not listed above, a flat rate of $45AUD standard trackable shipping will be applied at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.

RETURNS

We hope that you’ll love your order but sometimes things don’t arrive as expected. We accept returns on all full-priced items that have been unworn, unwashed, are free from any odour’s and or defective, within 14 days of the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

If any part of your order arrives damaged please email customercare@onday7.com.au with a photo of the damaged item/s, and we will contact you shortly.

To request a return please contact customercare@onday7.com.au with your order number, the item/s you would like to return, and reason of return.

You will be sent a confirmation email once your return has been received. If item/s do not meet our return policy requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
